The Women’s Prize Trust is a registered charity championing women writers on a global stage.
We empower all women to raise their voice and own their story, shining a spotlight on outstanding and ambitious fiction by women from anywhere in the world, regardless of their age, race, nationality or background. The titles below have been longlisted for the 2021 Women's Prize for Fiction. The shortlist will be announced in April and the winner announced July 7th. 2020 NEWBERY MEDAL FINALISTS
The Newbery Medal is awarded annually by the Association for Library Service to Children, a division of the American Library Association, to the author of the most distinguished contribution to American literature for children.

2020 PULITZER PRIZE FINALISTS
The Pulitzer Prize administration awards prizes across 22 categories in journalism and the arts each year. Below are the finalists for the 2020 Pulitzer Prizes in Fiction, History, Biography, Poetry and General Nonfiction.

2020 ANDREW CARNEGIE MEDALS
FOR EXCELLENCE FINALISTS
The six shortlist titles for the 2021 Andrew Carnegie Medals for Excellence—three each for the fiction and nonfiction medals—were announced on November 17. The two medal winners will be announced by 2021 selection committee chair Bill Kelly on Thursday, February 4, 2021. Carnegie Medal winners will each receive $5,000.

2020 KIRKUS PRIZE FINALISTS
The Kirkus Prize is one of the richest literary awards in the world, with a prize of $50,000 bestowed annually to authors of fiction, nonfiction and young readers' literature. It was created to celebrate the 85+ years of discerning, thoughtful criticism Kirkus Reviews has contributed to both the publishing industry and readers at large.
On November 5, the Kirkus Prize Winners of 2020 were announced.
